Heraklet uses the information submitted through its website forms to respond to inquiries, assess the requested service or resource, and manage the resulting business conversation.
Data collected
The general contact form records name, work email, message and form source. Emailed training-outline and technical-checklist requests record first name, last name, email, requested resource and consent. The interactive DO-254 readiness checklist additionally records company, optional phone number and project phase. The system also records creation time and an internal lead status.
Storage and access
Submissions are stored in the Heraklet website database and appear in the authenticated Edge CMS lead inbox. Access should be limited to authorized administrators who need the information to handle the inquiry.
Purpose and lawful handling
Data is used to reply, scope a possible engagement, supply the requested resource and maintain necessary correspondence. Checklist follow-up requires the consent shown on that form. The site must not use these details for unrelated marketing without an appropriate legal basis.
Cookies and analytics
Google Analytics 4 is available as an optional measurement service. It is loaded only after a visitor accepts analytics through the privacy preference notice. Visitors who decline are not measured by Google Analytics. The consent choice is stored in the visitor's browser so the notice does not reappear on every page.
Retention
No automatic deletion schedule is configured in the current CMS. Records are manually reviewed and can be marked reviewed or closed. A documented retention schedule should be approved for production; until then, deletion requests are handled manually.
International operations
Heraklet publishes contact locations in Türkiye, Germany, the Netherlands and the UAE. The contracting entity and any jurisdiction-specific transfer terms are identified in the applicable proposal or contract. This page does not invent a legal entity or transfer mechanism that has not been verified.
Your choices
You may ask whether the website holds your inquiry and request access, correction or deletion, subject to any recordkeeping obligation that applies to the relevant business relationship.
